Commerce One Holdings was listed in Tokyo Stock Exchange.

(17 November 2020) – Commerce One Holdings, Inc., the parent company of TradeSafe Inc. was listed with Market of the high-growth and emerging stocks (aka Mothers) of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on June 26, 2020.

Commerce One Holdings Inc. is committed to enrich people’s lives and to support the development of society by providing services that contribute to the sound growth of the e-commerce community and creating businesses that are needed by society.

This is the first time for us WTA members mainly consist of start-up companies, that its parent company was listed. This represents growing trust and expectations in Trustmark by improving confidence in market of TradeSafe Inc. through listing of its parent company.

New WTA Website

(28th October 2020) – World Trustmark and trade Alliance (WTA) official website had been softly launched with the fresh outlook since September 2020. New contents and categories are introduced together with WTA’s mission, vision, guidelines, and networking. Members and partners have expressed high recognition of the new content and outlook on the users’ surveys. The online survey was also revealed their expectations in the digital transformation era. For further analysis on the survey result as well as the next plan of WTA after the new normal, they will be exposed during the upcoming annual conference (virtual event) which expected to hold in December 2020.

1st Global Online Scam Summit

(6th October 2020) – The world has seen a massive increase in the number of online scams due to the Corona Crisis.

Goal of the 1st Global Online Scam Summit (GOSS) is to let Consumer Protection Agencies, Law Enforcement Bureaus, Governments, NGOs and Commercial Organizations work together to fight online fraud more effectively on a global scale by sharing insights, knowledge and data.

Ecommerce World Virtual Summit 2020

(5th October 2020, Hong Kong) – The Ecommerce World Summit has been an annual industry event for the past few years and becoming great influence to the industry. The rise of subscription helpdesk scams

(June 4, 2020) Jorij Abraham, Managing Director of the Ecommerce Foundation, talks about what subscription helpdesk scams imply and why they must not be ignored

Scamadviser.com – an online algorithm to identify fraudulent online activities – often gets emails from consumers who ask ‘Why was my credit card charged?’, while many of the 2,5 million monthly visitors report websites which have charged their credit card of which they have never heard before (let alone visited). Lots of complaints refer to websites that offer services named:

  • Billing support and assistance;
  • Cancelling your subscription or membership;
  • Dispute resolution and chargeback prevention.

Everything on these websites is focused on preventing consumers from doing a chargeback but instead ‘help’ them to unsubscribe from an (unknown) subscription. Hence the name ‘subscription helpdesks’.
