(10 December 2025) – YBhg. Dato’ Ts. Dr. Haji Amirudin bin Abdul Wahab, Chief Executive Officer of CyberSecurity Malaysia, has been awarded the Path Finder Award 2025 by the Association of Anti-Virus Asia Researchers (AVAR). The honor was conferred during the AVAR 2025 Awards Night & Gala Dinner, held on 4 December 2025 at the InterContinental Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
This distinguished recognition celebrates visionary leaders whose foresight, dedication, and contributions have significantly shaped the global cyber security landscape. With over three decades of experience, YBhg. Dato’ Ts. Dr. Haji Amirudin has been instrumental in advancing Malaysia’s cyber security ecosystem while actively promoting regional and international collaboration to strengthen collective resilience against evolving cyber threats.
