On July 22, the “Market Credit Product Innovation Achievement Release Conference & China Credit Magazine Credit Economy Salon” took place in Qianhai, Shenzhen. Hosted by the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Credit System Development Alliance, the event gathered roughly 100 participants—including local credit authorities, service institutions, industry leaders, and scholars nationwide—to showcase market-oriented credit innovations designed to empower the real economy and foster a unified national market.
Aligning with national goals under the upcoming “15th Five-Year Plan” to build a credit-based economy, the alliance teamed up with credit service institutions to launch the “Market Credit Report Supermarket.” This platform highlights over 100 innovative products from more than 50 providers. Focusing on non-financial sector applications, it offers services ranging from investment due diligence to professional credit and matchmaking, aiming to cultivate credit usage habits and sharpen public risk identification.

During the event, the Qianhai Authority shared progress on its credit economy pilot zone, reaffirming its backing for institutions innovating around business scope standardization. Complementing the product launches, the Credit Economy Salon session saw industry experts discuss how regional credit developments can reinforce a unified national market and explore evaluation indicator systems to guide the sector’s high-quality growth.
Qianhai’s recent advancements stem from close support by key regulators, including the Shenzhen Credit Office and the People’s Bank of China Shenzhen Branch. By pioneering controllable risk pilots for standardizing business scopes, Qianhai has successfully attracted leading credit service institutions, taking a major step toward a more regulated, standardized credit industry.

Furthermore, Qianhai continues to lead in setting industry benchmarks, spearheading China’s first national standard for classifying and coding credit service institutions (Classification and Coding Specifications for Credit Service Institutions). It is also actively driving “Bay Area standards” across cross-border credit, credit investigation, and commercial mediation to smooth regional cooperation.
To support this ecosystem, Qianhai established special funds offering data access, facility support, and business expansion incentives. These initiatives have successfully built significant industrial momentum, attracting more than 200 institutions—including Shenzhen Credit Information—to establish operations in the area.
