Xihui Zhang, director of Shenzhen Zhongxin E-commerce Transactional Assurance and Promotion Center. Director Zhang graduated from Dalian University of Technology, once worked for known Shenzhen Kingdee International Software Group and Shenzhen City E-commerce Service Center.
Along with abundant experiences in e-commerce operations, research, and services, Director Zhang not only served as the deputy head of research committee for the National Development and Reform Commission on “ Strategy of Cross-border E-commerce Facilitating Trade", but also as a registered expert for ISO/TC290 on “Technical Committee of Online Consumer Credit Evaluation”. By overseeing and participating in a number of critical projects for local, national and cross-border E-commerce, Director Zhang had made outstanding contributions to the construction of a trusted environment for e-commerce.
张喜会，毕业于大连轻工业学院（现大连工业大学），曾任职于深圳金蝶国际软件集团和深圳市电子商务服务中心，现任深圳市众信电子商务交易保障促进中心主任。
多年电子商务行业运营、研究、服务等相关经验。担任国家发改委《跨境电子商务促进进出口贸易策略研究》研究组副组长、ISO/TC290 在线消费者信誉评价技术委员会注册专家、WTA（国际信赖标章联盟）荣誉会员相关职务，曾多次主持参与多项国家及地方电子商务重大课题任务、跨境电商商务服务项目及课题研究，为电子商务可信交易环境建设作出了较突出的贡献。
